We currently only ship within the United States.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Shipping will be through UPS. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item is shipped. Once the item has shipped, the order can not be cancelled.


Return /  Exchange Policy

Returned orders are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

If you have an issue with your order and wish to return or exchange any merchandise, you will have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return. Any request for a return exceeding the 30 days wills not be accepted.

** All returns require a valid Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA). **

To request an RMA number please contact us through our website and provide your order number with a reason for your return.

RMA requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Merchandise returned without an authorization number will NOT be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

You will be responsible for the return shipping and fees for the exchange or return.

We highly recommend requesting a tracking number and insurance on the package you are returning. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping.

Uniforms and apparel will be accepted under the following conditions: items must be in its original packaging, must be clean, unwashed and showing no wear.

Any merchandise returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc…).
